The UltraFlex Gym Lincoln project involved the full transformation of a warehouse building into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built gym facility. This ambitious conversion included the creation of extensive training areas, auxiliary rooms, and the installation of a 5,000 square foot mezzanine floor, maximizing usable space for fitness enthusiasts and operational staff.
Designed to meet the needs of a modern, high-performance gym, the new facility boasts dedicated zones for strength training, cardio, functional fitness, and specialist training, along with private consultation rooms, changing facilities, and staff areas.
